1st Line support/Service desk/ Helpdesk Agent required

An AMAZING opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic 1st line support engineer to join a dynamic and vibrant team based in Egham, Surrey.

Due to growth and progression, a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) is now seeking a service desk analyst to join their business.


As a 1st Line support engineer you will have most of the following skills/experience;

  • Ideally, 2 years of experience working in a 1st Line support role.Experience troubleshooting desktops, Laptops, Hardware & software.

  • An understanding of troubleshooting Windows 7, 8 and 10

  • An understanding of administration tasks in Office365 

  • An understanding and working knowledge of TCP/IP

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provide or similar would be a huge advantage but this is not essential.

  • An understanding or some exposure to Windows Servers would be great but this is not essential as training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities for a 1st Line support engineer will include but is not limited to;

  • Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, hardware, and software 

  • Office 365 admin

  • Writing/updating user and system documentation 

  • Network and some server administration

  • Working on SLA based technical support calls

  • some project work may be required
