A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a forward-thinking business, based in Bristol.


Due to growth, a well-established MSP is seeking an ambitious 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will join the team as a 1st/2nd line support engineer.


Key Skills required for a 1st Line Support engineer;

  • IT Service Desk/1st Line Support experience

  • Experience using a Ticketing System

  • Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, Windows Server knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills

  • The ability to translate IT into English

  • Drive to deliver a Human customer experience

  • A hard-working individual who loves being part of a team and learning new skills

  • Pride in delivering excellent service to clients

  • A desire to continually improve

Key responsibilities for an IT Support Engineer;

  • Provide 1st Line Support

  • Answer incoming calls from clients

  • Assist with incidents and logging information into a Service Desk system

  • Provide frontline analysis via phone, email, or remote support

  • Provide updates and escalation notes to Senior Engineers
