A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a forward-thinking business, based in Bristol.
Due to growth, a well-established MSP is seeking an ambitious 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team.
The successful candidate will join the team as a 1st/2nd line support engineer.
Key Skills required for a 1st Line Support engineer;
IT Service Desk/1st Line Support experience
Experience using a Ticketing System
Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, Windows Server knowledge
Excellent communication skills
The ability to translate IT into English
Drive to deliver a Human customer experience
A hard-working individual who loves being part of a team and learning new skills
Pride in delivering excellent service to clients
A desire to continually improve
Key responsibilities for an IT Support Engineer;
Provide 1st Line Support
Answer incoming calls from clients
Assist with incidents and logging information into a Service Desk system
Provide frontline analysis via phone, email, or remote support
Provide updates and escalation notes to Senior Engineers
