A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic 1st line support engineer to join a niche Managed Service Provider, based in central Bristol.
Salary - £25,000 - £26,000
As a First Line support/Technical support engineer you will have the following skills/experience to be considered;
At least 1 years' experience in an IT support/1st Line support position
Active Directory
Group Polices
Windows Operating systems (preferably Windows 10)
Any knowledge and experience of Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016 would be highly desirable but is not essential as training will be provided.
Any basic networking skills would be preferable but again this is advantageous and not essential.
If you have worked in an MSP environment, this would be a huge advantage but it is not a requirement as my client is more interested in someone with the right attitude with eagerness to learn.
