2nd/3rd Line support engineer 

An AMAZING opportunity has become available for a bright 2nd line engineer with some 3rd line experience, to join a dynamic and vibrant team based in Egham, Surrey.

Due to growth and progression, a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) is now on the lookout for two engineers to join their business.


As a 2nd/3rd Line support engineer you will have most of the following skills/experience;

  • Experience troubleshooting Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 

  • Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 

  • An understanding of troubleshooting Windows 7, 8 and 10 

  • Troubleshooting cloud systems such as Azure

  • Knowledge of HP and Dell Servers 

  • Good knowledge and experience dealing with Office365

  • Good working knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP

  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence 

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or similar would be a huge advantage but this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities for a 2nd/3rd Line engineer will include but is not limited to;

Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, hardware, and software 

Troubleshooting Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers

Troubleshooting MS Exchange 2010/2013/2016 

Troubleshooting cloud systems such as Azure 

Updating and writing user and system documentation Network and Server administration
