2nd Line Support Engineer/IT Support
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic 2nd line support engineer to join a niche Managed Service Provider, based in central Bristol.
**This position is also open to 1st Line support engineers that are ready to move into a 2nd Line role.**
Salary - £28,000
As a 2nd Line/Technical support engineer you will have the following skills/experience to be considered.
·At least 2 years' experience in an IT support/1st Line support position
·Active Directory
·Group Polices
·Windows Operating systems (preferably Windows 10)
·Any knowledge and experience of Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016 would be highly desirable
·Any basic networking skills would be preferable but again this is advantageous and not essential.
·Veeam – preferable
·VMware or Hyper-V – preferable
·If you have worked in an MSP environment, this would be a huge advantage, but it is not a requirement as my client is more interested in someone with the right attitude with eagerness to learn.
