2nd Line Support Engineer/IT Support
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic 2nd Line support engineer to join a niche Managed Service Provider, based in Bristol.
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have the following skills/experience to be considered;
Experience working in a 2nd Line Support role
A Full UK Driving Licence
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
Windows Operating systems (preferably Windows 10)
Knowledge and experience of Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016/2019
Good networking skills - TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, SAN
Virtualisation - VMware or Hyper-V
If you have worked in an MSP environment, this would be a huge advantage. However, as long as you have most of the technical skills listed above, experience in a 2nd line role, and the right attitude, then please apply.
