Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Are you an experienced 3rd Line support engineer with Windows Servers experience?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-regarded organisation based in Berkshire. This opportunity is due to company growth and progress.

My client is seeking an experienced 3rd Line support engineer with the following skills/experience/knowledge;

• Windows Servers

• Active Directory

• Cisco Networking or any knowledge/experience with Linux servers would be a huge advantage.

• 3rd Line support

• At least 1-2 years 3rd Line support experience

• Natural ability to communicate with people at all levels

• Approachable and can-do attitude

• Experience supporting more junior members

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer your main responsibilities will involve:

• Leading and managing technical projects from scope to implementation

• Providing and maintaining clear system / service documentation

• Managing change control, including SLAs, risk and information security

• Providing knowledge and support to the technical support team where required

As an 3rd Line Support Engineer your skills and experience will include:

• Experience working within an IT department supporting services like; Windows Server, Active Directory, SANs, Cisco Networking or Linux

• Experience of managing and delivering IT projects, including achieving any service level agreements (SLAs)

• Experience deploying and managing customer applications

• Experience in complex software implementations, integrations and deployments
