Due to growth, my client based in Thatcham, Berkshire is now on the lookout for an administrator to join their existing accounts/administration team.
This is an AMAZING opportunity for those looking to expand their administration/customer service skills and to those who have previously worked in administration/PA/Accounts/secretarial or similar but changed careers or have been out of work for a while and are now looking to get back into this industry.
Working hours - Monday - Friday (9:00-17:30)
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be involved in tasks such as the following;
Delivering an outstanding customer service through different methods including email & telephone as well as face to face.
Skills/experience required for an Administrator;
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail & numeracy is a must
Previous experience working as an administrator
Some basic knowledge of Excel
Experience working in a fast-paced and varied admin role
Ability to work alone as well as in a team
Ability to learn quickly
Confident by nature and not afraid to ask questions if unsure
