A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a well-established organisation whose staff retention is second to none!


Due to growth, my client based in Thatcham, Berkshire is now on the lookout for an administrator to join their existing accounts/administration team.

This is an AMAZING opportunity for those looking to expand their administration/customer service skills and to those who have previously worked in administration/PA/Accounts/secretarial or similar but changed careers or have been out of work for a while and are now looking to get back into this industry.

Working hours - Monday - Friday (9:00-17:30)


As an Accounts Administrator, you will be involved in tasks such as the following;

  • Delivering an outstanding customer service through different methods including email & telephone as well as face to face.

  • Invoice discrepancies 

  • Purchase Ledger

  • Supplier payments

  • Data Entry

  • Call logging

Skills/experience required for an Administrator;

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent attention to detail & numeracy is a must

  • Previous experience working as an administrator

  • Some basic knowledge of Excel

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and varied admin role

  • Ability to work alone as well as in a team

  • Ability to learn quickly 

  • Confident by nature and not afraid to ask questions if unsure
