Key responsibilities for a Cloud Administrator;
To manage cloud post sales to installation.
Building the client on to the LG cloud portal based on the sales costings.
Quickly and effectively find accurate answers/solutions to the client’s queries.
Liaising with the client on a day to day basis.
Programme basic feature sets and ordering the handsets to locations specified.
Carry out handovers to the engineers to complete installation.
Develop a good understanding of the telecoms industry and products and services that we offer.
Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the LG cloud system.
Liaising with the CRM team to add any additional licenses, services and hardware to LG cloud customers.
Liaising with billing to ensure any clients who no longer require LG cloud services are disconnected.
Ensure that when clients who no longer require LG Cloud, their licenses are returned to the portal and hardware returned when required.
Responsible for the administration of the portal.
Process all sales orders by placing kit orders with suppliers and updating customers.
Any other duties as required by your Line Manager or Company Director.
