A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator looking to join a forward-thinking business, based in Andover.
Key skills required for an Account Manager:
Great customer service skills.
Experience working in Logistics
Common sense approach to problem-solving
Able to prioritise effectively
Ability to calmly manage operational issues as they arise
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Excellent all-round communication skills
Well organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable representing the company externally
Be quick thinking and able resolve problems with enthusiasm
Able to come up with new ideas / ways of working and implement them.
Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
Use of excel word and MS office
Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Coordinator:
Engage with customers to organise and support deliveries of fuel.
Effectively managing customer expectations in line with achievable operational service levels
Work with haulage contractors to arrange collections and deliveries.
Reconcile fuel movements, ensuring an audit trail from fuel terminal to client site
Develop strong working relationships with key staff at terminal operators, haulage companies and customers.
Ensure a high level of customer service.
Be a day-to-day face of the company for our client base.
