Customer Service Advisor/Customer Support Consultant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well-regarded client of mine based in Andover, Hampshire.
This is a full-time, permanent position as a Customer Support Consultant. They have a very supportive and collaborative team in place and are now looking to add an enthusiastic, successful and ambitious individual to join the team who will also go the extra mile in their role.
As a Customer support consultant/Customer Service Advisor you will have;
Excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with clients
High level verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving approach
Ability to cope in a busy office environment
Good computer literacy
The ability to learn quickly
A confident personality who can hold a conversation with people at all levels
At least 6 months+ experience in a Customer service or similar role.
My client is more interested in someone with the passion and drive to do well in their career, so training will be provided.
Experience or interests within software and/or education would be an advantage but this is not essential.
Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor will include:
Working with the Support Team providing telephone and online support to our clients
Answering incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
Continually developing your knowledge and understanding of software products
Related administrative tasks, including managing workload, logging queries etc
Providing brief demonstrations and/or training of parts of software remotely
