Desktop support/on-site IT support
A new opportunity has arisen for an on-site engineer to work for a well-established organisation based in Canary Wharf, London.
To be considered for this Desktop support role you MUST have the following skills/experience:
·Hardware Support, OS and Application Support
·Apple MacBook OS X (MUST HAVE)
·Support for Windows 7, 8 & 10
·Microsoft Office 2016/365 cloud technologies
·Antivirus, virus/spyware removal
·Cisco Collaboration/Teleconferencing
·Cisco WebEx /Jabbar
·Microsoft Active Directory domain environment, including basic account administration and group policy
·Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 Cloud email environment
·Understanding of TCP/IP and basic network skills
iPhone /iPad, Microsoft Surface Pro
Key responsibilities for a Desktop support engineer:
Providing day to day IT support to a small group of senior company executives and their PA's. Desktop/Laptop support including hardware, operating system, antivirus. Installation of applications using pre-defined configurations. Assist with meeting/conference support and supporting Apple and Android mobiles devices.
Additional information
Working hours - 40hrs and weekend on call telephone support
