A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a well-established business, based in Andover Hampshire.


Our client is in a rapid growth phase and is seeking an enthusiastic and talented marketing executive to join them in their exciting growth journey.

The key role of the Marketing Executive is to support the Managing Director in leading and driving the digital transformation of marketing effectively and profitably, influencing all aspects of digital workstreams.


Key skills required for a Marketing Executive:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a digital marketing executive/coordinator.

  • Display ownership potential of marketing workflows, as you look to grow your career.

  • Strong time management and communication skills.

  • Numerical proficiencies to interpret digital data sets and derive commercial value.

  • Effective Project Management to ensure that all projects are on time and on budget.

  • Understanding of brand growth and communication strategies, i.e. acquisition and retention.

  • Passion for generating bright ideas and delivering work that gets results.

  • Experience and success in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with internal stakeholders.

  • Strive to maintain and constantly improve creative standards within the business.

  • Any experience with Magento / CMS / eCommerce platform management would be highly advantageous but this is not essential as training will be provided.

  • Any Digital Agency side and/or B2B experience is beneficial but is not essential.

Key responsibilities for a Digital Marketing Executive:

  • Digital marketing and coordination across various digital channels and platforms (email, social media, SEO, website, and content management)

  • Creativity, with a focus on digital innovation and technology

  • Commercial focus and delivery

  • Understand current traffic and conversion funnel performance to improve ROI

  • Monitor and contribute to increase in volume of incoming digital leads and report upon core KPIs weekly and monthly

  • Monitor website and lead conversion rate, with valued inputs on how to continually improve

  • Manage website by building out sector-focused portals and an enrichened B2B eCommerce experience

  • Take ownership of our email communications strategy

  • Organic Social Media strategy creation and measurement framework

  • Creation of daily social media posts to support strategy

  • Understand SEO best practice and how to optimise our website

  • Coordinate our content strategy, creation and creative design needs (working with an external designer and content specialist)

  • Collaborate with Paid channels where required

  • Monitor the market and our competitors and provide insights to ensure we maintain a competitive edge
