An exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Content Executive, Marketing Assistant, Graduate, or similar, who is looking to join a well-regarded business in Andover that is continuing to grow year after year.
As a Sales Support & Digital Content Executive, you will work in a varied role across the department supporting the development and delivery of a targeted commercial strategy to drive business opportunities across Export Accounts.

Key skills required for a Digital Marketing Executive:
Some knowledge of Export Sales & Digital Content.
Experience working within a manufacturing/retail/distributor and in an e-commerce environment would be a HUGE advantage.
Experience of Marketplace / web-based portals/web content management systems or producing digital content
Dynamic, customer-focused, and commercially aware.
Previous sales/business analysis skills and digital content management skills are highly desirable.
Key responsibilities for a Sales Support & Marketing Executive:
Develop an in-depth understanding of key customers businesses, to ably support the Sales Team in any specific project requirements across the various routes to market and digital platforms internationally.
Manage the stock position overseas reviewing monthly sales performance and demand plus re-work requests to ensure best use of available stock versus budgeted sales.
Support the company Digital Sales Strategy, optimising sales techniques and content on retail and dropship platforms.
Collate from internal sources product information, photography, CGI imagery, video content, written copy and technical assets to prepare information for upload onto customer and marketplace specific software and portals.
Develop a detailed understanding of customer’s website and portal software to fully optimise our content uploads onto their sites and drive customer satisfaction.
Manage the Online range plan and product life cycles within the company Digital portfolio to ensure timely withdrawal of under-achieving lines and replacement with new innovative products.
Prepare and present new ideas, range proposals and photo quotes to selected customers to support the joint business plans as part of your commercial development
Monitor marketplaces and websites to ensure the business is continuously improving our digital content, recommending improvements to reflect a best-in-class position and keeping up to date with the latest digital trends.
Implement price adjustments, listing quality improvements and promotional activity on marketplaces and company website to drive sales on targeted products and campaigns.
Support the company Digital Sales Strategy, optimising SEO and communication techniques on customers E-comm platforms.
