A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Engineering Administrator/Planner to join a well-established business based in Andover, Hampshire.


Key Skills required for an Engineering Administrator/Planner:

  • Admin skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Word/Excel & Outlook Teams

  • Good time and task management skills are essential

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • A determined spirit is necessary when working with field service engineers.

  • SAP Business One software skills would be very beneficial but is not essential as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities for an Engineering Administrator/Planner:

  • Scheduling engineers to attend site as per the machines service schedules.

  • Engineer weekly planning. (hotel’s, callouts, clients etc)

  • Planning spare parts, parts deliveries, fluid deliveries etc.

  • Emergency Callout planning.

  • Processing of paperwork from our engineers and clients.

  • Data entry into SAP.

  • Parts ordering.

  • Working with our technical team with faults and breakdowns.

  • Keeping spreadsheets and service history’s up to date.
