Are you a Field Service Engineer with experience in fault finding on mechanical/electrical systems?

We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Field Service Engineer to join a reputable and well-established business where you will be responsible for carrying out installations in the East Midlands area.

Key requirements for a Field Service Engineer:

• As this role is to cover the East Midlands area, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer who is already based in this region.

• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience of fault finding on mechanical/electrical systems

• Effective communicator, organisation skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good IT skills.

• Strong time management skills.

• Have good interpersonal skills.

• Minimum of HNC/BTEC or equivalent in an engineering discipline, or relevant industry experience.

The role of Field Service Engineer is supported by a Regional Senior Engineer and managed from their HQ Service centre, machine installations, service, repair and calibrations.

Responsibilities for a Field Service Engineer:

• To install precision measuring equipment.

• To complete annual service and calibration work at customer sites.

• To undertake troubleshooting including fault-finding, diagnosis.
