An exciting permanent opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation based in Andover, Hampshire.
Working hours - Mon - Thur 8:30-17:00 & Fri 8:30-14:30
Key skills required for a Finance Manager:
Excellent communication skills
3 years+ experience as a Finance Manager or similar
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Good analysis skills
Knowledge of Sage X3 is highly desirable
Knowledge of ERP systems would be useful
Good MS Office skills
A degree in Economics or similar - will still consider applicants without this as long as you have at least 3 years experience in Finance Management
Key responsibilities for a Finance Manager: Overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up. You will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and efficiencies across the department.
