1st Line support engineer
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing, dynamic IT support company based in Farnham, Surrey.
Due to growth and an exciting time for the business, we are now seeking a bright IT support engineer with 6 months+ experience in a similar IT support role (ideally service desk).
Knowledge of most of the following technologies would be a huge advantage but this is not essential:
Windows 7 / 10 configuration, setup and management
Understanding concepts and management of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies
Experience of helpdesk support desirable but training can be provided for the right candidate
Public Cloud - AWS & Azure
Office365 administration and management: 1 year (Preferred)
As a First Line Support Engineer you will be the first person our clients speak to and it is important to give a great impression. You will liaise with the client to understand their issues, solving where possible but for trickier issues you will escalate to the senior engineering team remaining close to the issue and the customer until resolution.
