A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Hardware/ Deployment / Build engineer to join a vibrant team within a well-regarded organisation based in Basingstoke. This will be a temp to perm role so you must be open to a permanent role. 

Key skills required for a Hardware Build Engineer;

• As a Hardware Build / Deployment Engineer you will have experience of building both laptop and desktop computers to professional commercial standards. 

• This role will be build room/warehouse based so you must be willing and physically able to also do this type of work. 

• The successful Desktop engineer will have excellent communication skills, be professional and show enthusiasm. 

As a Hardware/ Deployment/ Desktop engineer your responsibilities will include; 

• Imaging Desktop Computers 

• Imaging Laptop Computers 

• Installing Operating Systems on Servers 

• Installing upgrade parts 

• Lifting/Shifting/unboxing of equipment 

• Asset Tagging and recording/scanning 

• Troubleshooting 

• You must have good Hardware Build / Deployment/Desktop support experience (ideally at least 1 years' experience in a similar role), problem solving skills, have good commercial experience in basic IT infrastructure coupled with Excellent Communication skills, etc.
