An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Head of Change professional to join a well-regarded insurer, based in Salisbury.
This role will suit someone who has excellent knowledge/experience in the following; Project Management, Leadership, Stakeholder & Change management experience (ideally in the insurance/financial services sector).
The successful Head of Change professional will have the following skills/experience;
Used to working on both medium and large-scale projects
Understands day-to-day operational processes, for both the internal business teams and external customers
Strong lead, prepared to challenge where necessary
Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and managing expectations
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, to analyse information such as transactions, and customer behaviour, to help identify opportunities and make recommendations
Experience with data and trend analysis, understand the drivers behind the business and the need for change
Highly proficient in PowerPoint, to convey and communication updates, options and recommendations, to department leads and senior management
Analysis experience, working within the financial sector
Previous experience analysing customer journey processes and improvements, e.g. customer portals, digitisation, mobile applications, etc.
Attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving ability
Ability to motivate and enthuse team members
Well organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Worked within an agile delivery environment
Desired skills for Head of Change;
Ideally, experience working within insurance on processes and solutions
Project management experience, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
Ability to be proactive, without direct supervision & can work well as part of a fast-paced team
