A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join a growing organisation based in Egham, Surrey.
Due to growth within the business, my client is on the lookout for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their fun and dynamic team.
The successful Helpdesk Analyst will have at least 6 months of experience working on the phones or in a role that involves telephony support.
Key skills required for a Helpdesk Coordinator;
Ability to efficiently handle multiple requests through the helpdesk system.
At least 6 months+ experience in a Helpdesk/telephone support role.
You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Understand and alert people to urgent request/issues from customers.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
A positive attitude to dealing with people.
You must be computer literate.
Key Responsibilities for a Helpdesk Agent;
Answering the telephone and logging calls against the customer Liaising with customers regarding updating of call status.
Monitoring the helpdesk mailbox and logging calls against the customer.
Organisation of the helpdesk mailbox.
Assigning support calls to the helpdesk engineers.
Working to SLA Agreements.
Arranging couriers when required.
