Salary - up to £29,000 + mileage + phone + 30 days holiday

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ICT Field Engineer to join a rapidly growing business.
Key skills required for an ICT Field Engineer:
Experience working as an IT/ICT Engineer, or similar.
A good understanding of server 2019/2016/2012/R2, Windows 7/10, AD, Group Policy.
Windows 7, 10
Office 2013/2016/2019/365
Ideally, experience of supporting schools ICT networks.
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues including wireless
Ability to prioritise jobs and approach them in a logical manner
Enthusiastic with strong customer facing qualities
Excellent communication skills and be reliable and punctual but above all personable.
Comfortable working in the field on their own but with the support of a team of technicians.
Own transport required.
Key responsibilities for an ICT Field Engineer:
you will be responsible for visiting a number of primary schools on a rota and carrying out hardware/software installations, basic administration, health checks, fault troubleshooting, minor repairs, and maintenance of peripherals and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair issues with the following; Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Interactive Whiteboards (Smart and Promethean), Speakers, Amplifiers, Printers, Visualisers, Cameras, Scanners, Photocopiers (connectivity only – not repair), tablets (iPads, Windows Tablets), Chromebooks
