The role is an inside sales position, managing existing customers so you must be comfortable on the phone and be able to hold a conversation and have the ability to build good relationships with people at all levels.
Key skills required for an Inside Sales support agent;
·Applicants will have appropriate industry experience of working in a Sales Support environment.
·Applicants must be highly motivated, proactive and want to work with a growing business and want to help shape the support we deliver.
·Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and be able to demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
·As the ‘virtual face’ of our company, you must have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude, and be able to display this when under pressure.
·Applicants will be expected to have good Sales Support or Customer Care experience and be familiar with major practices with a Sales Support environment, including but limited to; Customer Facing Operations, Back Office Operations, External Operations, and Performance and Process Management.
·Have a sound understanding of telephony and be comfortable in using a telephone as a business tool.
·Comfortable in using desktop technology, and have strong skills in using Microsoft Email, Calendaring, and Productivity Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Our corporate desktop platform is based on Apple Mac.
·Experience of working in an IT oriented Sales Support environment is highly desirable, but any additional exposure to Telecoms would be considered extremely valuable.
·Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality with strong organisational and analytical abilities.
Role for an Account Manager/Inside Sales Agent;
A highly advanced Sales Support team requires a talented Account Manager/Inside sales agent to join a fast growing company. You will have a proven track record of working in a sales support role and will be responsible for liaising with a sales team and responding to customers’ needs and concerns, as well as proactively engaging partners and customers in new sales opportunities. You will ensure that sales orders are processed effectively, and the sales team and customers are informed of the progress. You will have demonstrable skills and have the ability to work under pressure.You must be adaptable and be seeking a role which will challenge you to learn new skills and apply them in a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities for an Account Manager/Inside sales support agent
·Proactive engagement with existing customers and partners to drive customer satisfaction and incremental sales opportunities.
·Responding to partner/customer queries.
·Gathering of sales processing information from partners/customers to assist with the processing of orders.
·Reviewing service desk data and creating and executing on plans to resolve reoccurring issues to improve customer satisfaction.
·Managing cancellations process.
