A fantastic opportunity has become available for an IT Procurement Executive to join a reputable business, based in Kent.

Key skills required for an IT Procurement Executive:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing, with the ability to advise clients.

• Demonstrable experience in a commercial, client-led industry.

• A proven awareness of IT, in a technical or customer-facing capacity.

• Experience sourcing and purchasing products to support the operational needs of a business.

• Proven ability to manage and oversee stock management procedures.

Key responsibilities for an IT Procurement Executive:

• Support all departments within the business to secure the required hardware and software in line with operational needs.

• Utilise the Company’s purchasing systems to meet customer SLAs and product requirements, whilst demonstrating cost-effectiveness.

• Procure all licenses, e.g., Office 365, to support the operational needs of the company and its customers.

• You will demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing when advising customers.

• Monitor the progress of orders to ensure colleagues and customers are kept up to date in a timely and proactive manner

• Receive and sign in all deliveries, managing them in line with Company stock procedures.

• Be responsible for the management of stock within the necessary systems and perform monthly stock checks.

• Work with the wider Procurement team, supporting projects, processes, and procedures as required.

• Build effective business relationships with suppliers and work within the framework of approved vendors, distributors, and suppliers.

• Update tickets as necessary to ensure swift communication with internal colleagues across the business.

• Line manage an apprentice.

• Fulfil any other duties in line with business needs.
