A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Engineer to join a reputable organisation based in Ringwood, Hampshire.


This role would suit a Service Desk Engineer that is looking for a more varied role. This role will be on the helpdesk but there are opportunities to move into a more customer facing IT support role within the business later on down the line.


Key skills required for a 1st Line Support Engineer;

  • Experience working as an IT support engineer, Helpdesk Analyst, or similar.

  • 1st or 2nd Line support experience

  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems (ideally, windows 10)

  • Understanding of Windows Servers (ideally 2016 and above)

  • MS office

  • TCP/IP

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • The ability to learn quickly

  • A self-starter who is comfortable working alone or within a team
