A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Engineer to join a reputable organisation based in Ringwood, Hampshire.
Working hours - Mon - Fri
This role would suit a Service Desk Engineer that is looking for a more varied role. This role will initially be on the helpdesk but there are opportunities to move into a more customer facing IT support role within the business.
Key skills required for a 1st Line Support Engineer;
Experience working as an IT support engineer, Helpdesk Analyst, or similar.
1st or 2nd Line support experience
Experience with Windows Operating Systems (ideally, windows 10)
Understanding of Windows Servers (ideally 2016 and above)
MS office
TCP/IP
Full UK Driving Licence
Any customer facing IT support experience would be an advantage but this is not essential
The ability to learn quickly
A self-starter who is comfortable working alone or within a team
