*This role is also open to college leavers looking to step into their first IT support role.*

Key responsibilities for a Junior IT support engineer;
You will be responsible for providing first line support for issues raised by users within the company, this could be from printer issues to internal company product issues. You will also need to: Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Talk users through a series of actions, this could be via email, over teams or either face-to-face to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Diagnosing and solving faults with user devices
Replace parts as required.
Provide support to emails which are sent in.
Ordering relevant hardware
Create tickets for all new emails that are sent into support.
Keep users up to date on their ticket.
Distribute support emails to developers which would be able to resolve the issue.
Create support guides to help users with basic issues.
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and hardware.
Prioritise and manage many open tickets at one time.
Provide a daily error log for Operations.
