A fantastic opportunity has become available for a junior IT helpdesk engineer to join a growing organisation based in Fareham, Hampshire.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30

The Helpdesk Analyst should have/be:
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to establish long-lasting rapport
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Reliable and punctual
Proactive – always a step ahead, preparing in advance and not leaving things to the last minute
Positive attitude – acting calmly and positive at all times

Creating and updating documentation
Communicating across the wider business and externally with providers
A driving license is essential, as the role may include some travel to customer sites and company data centres.
