Key responsibilities for a Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator:

  • Engage with customers to organise and support deliveries of fuel.

  • Effectively managing customer expectations in line with achievable operational service levels

  • Work with haulage contractors to arrange collections and deliveries.

  • Reconcile fuel movements, ensuring an audit trail from fuel terminal to client site

  • Develop strong working relationships with key staff at terminal operators, haulage companies and customers.

  • Ensure high level of customer service.

  • Be a day to day face of the company for our client base.
