A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Developer with leadership experience, to join a well-established organisation.

** This role is to work from home with a visit to the office once per month**

To be considered for this Lead .Net Developer role, you MUST have the following skills/experience;

• Development background in web sites, customer portals and API’s 

• Working knowledge of web front end technologies, e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS

• Working knowledge of Microsoft .Net development platforms and tools e.g. .Net Core, .Net Framework, Visual Studio 

• Experience of managing, leading or supervising developers 

• Able to break-down problems into logical steps/solutions

• A proven track record of delivering and supporting businesses or applications 

• Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans 

• Listens to others and accepts input from team members 

• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally 

• Displays a positive attitude - Strong attention to detail - Seeks input from mentors, line management and peers 

• Well?organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment 

Desirable skills for a Lead Developer (these are NOT essential);

• Exposure to, or experience of implementing Azure AD B2C 

• Working knowledge of Angular or other JavaScript frameworks such as React 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or later 

• Experience of working within an Agile environment
