Due to excellent growth, our client is looking for a Lettings Manager to join their Estate Agency based in Slough.
This Estate Agent is flexible on experience and although ideally looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Lettings Manager, someone with the right drive and personality who is looking to make the step up to Manager is also encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities for a Lettings Manager;
Carrying out Lettings valuations & managing business relationships
Canvassing for new business Requirements
Train & mentor junior members of the team
Key requirements for a Lettings Manager;
You must have a full clean license
Previous Lettings experience
Experienced in property valuations
Management Skills are desirable but not essential
Driven, ambitious and keen to make your mark
Presentable, confident and adaptable - able to build relationships with people at all levels.
willing to work alternate weekends (Saturdays)
