Working Hours - Mon - Fri (finish at 14:30 on a Friday)

At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Proven experience leading & managing a team
Manufacturing knowledge

Key responsibilities for a Production Manager
Coordinate and organise work teams, assigning tasks based on workload.
Establish work procedures monitoring the results.
Supervise, motivate and train the team for its development.
Provide the human and technical resources necessary for the proper operation of the departments.
Participate in the strategic plan.
Promote and lead continuous improvement in the operations area.
Orient the area to the optimization of costs in each section, processes, etc..
Implement and monitor data automation systems.
Establish means of control of production that allow evaluating efficiency, performance and quality
Promote and participate in the technological development of the company.
Supervise, together with the Planning and Supply Chain Department, the needs and distribution of resources to ensure compliance with the production plan and deliveries efficiently and optimally.
Monitor and validate internal production changes.
Supervise the personnel plan associated with the production plan to guarantee its optimization.
Validate new additions.
Verify the actual costs against the theoretical costs to detect deviations and optimize profitability.
Supervise the stock and traceability of products.
Optimize stock policies to optimize resources.
Supervise the physical counts of material, ensuring its registration in the ERP.
Analyze internal logistics flows for optimization.
Ensure optimal maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Assign objectives, monitoring them to detect deviations and establish the appropriate corrections.
