A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Branch Manager to join a successful recruitment business, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

This opportunity would suit a Senior Recruitment Consultant that is looking to step up to branch manager or an experienced Branch Manager that is looking to expand their current skills and make their mark within a reputable organisation. Key skills required for a Recruitment Branch Manager:

  • Must have Branch Management experience or at least 2 years experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Ideally, you will have some leadership experience as you will be responsible for managing a small team

  • Experience working in a busy recruitment environment

  • Proven experience in generating new business as well as managing existing accounts

  • Driven and enthusiastic by nature

Key responsibilities for a Branch Manager:

  • Recruit new staff for the branch

  • To manage, train, and support the team

  • Generate new business through different methods

  • Ensure branch staff achieve their targets

  • Budget Management

  • To Manage all branch sales
