Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a reputable business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator that is looking for a varied role, where they can expand on their administrative and customer service skills.


Principal duties and responsibilities for a Sales Administrator:

  • Administrative duties

  • Sales Order Processing

  • Customer Invoicing

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Assist with customer quotation generation

  • Maintain professional working relationships with customers

  • Liaise with suppliers

  • Supplier Invoice Processing

  • Management of Supplier accounts

  • Purchase Order Reconciliation

  • Debtor Management

  • Petty Cash responsibility & maintenance

  • Handling Postage

  • Assist the sales team with admin duties

  • Microsoft Office knowledge

  • Professionalism

  • Good verbal Communication

  • Accuracy

  • Report generation

  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required
