A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join a forward-thinking business, based in Poole, Dorset.
This is a full-time permanent position for an enthusiastic and conscientious person who enjoys being part of a small and busy team.
Experience and Skills required for a Sales Administrator:
Excellent Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
Must have experience of working within a sales office environment
Excellent administration skills to provide office support to area sales representatives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You must be confident on the telephone and be willing to call customers.
Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrates a strong sense of individual accountability.
Key responsibilities for a Sales Administrator:
Dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone is a perquisite of the role.
Balancing customer demands with company interests and provide a superior service to trade & retail customers.
Ensuring all enquiries, complaints are dealt with immediately through our various communication outlets.
Communicate directly with end-user customers (B to C, Business to Consumer) and B to B (Business to Business) clients.
Work with varying departments throughout the company to resolve complaints, faults and such like issues.
Following up every quote with a personal call to customers – making sure that we are always aware of the customer’s intentions.
To be totally aware of all recent enquiries, orders placed/received, any issues.
Assist in Increasing sales in all areas driven from extensive marketing and lead generation carried out by the company, through marketing and telephone/email sales.
To ensure Dealers are assisted and advised if potential customers contact through our main office as quickly as possible.
Expected to cover for members of the Sales Admin team during times of holiday/sickness.
General office duties, brochure requests, filing etc.
