We have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Support Administrator to join a well-established business based in Ringwood, Hampshire.
**Please note that this is not a Sales role. This position is for an Administrator/Officer and the role is to support the Sales and Operations team with Administration duties.**
Key skills required for a Sales Support Administrator:
Strong Admin skills.
Experience supporting a Sales or Operations team on the administration front.
Excellent telephone manner.
Experience working on the phones and the ability to hold a conversation.
Good IT Skills (Microsoft Office/CRM Systems/Email etc).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The key duties of an Operations Administrator:
Assist the Sales Team with customer and supplier engagement, obtaining and building quotations, and assisting with the sales process.
Support the operations team with admin duties such as management of company contracts and schedules, booking of engineering jobs, and validating completed jobs.
Administration of Engineering Schedules.
Administration of Customer Contract base.
Gather quotes from suppliers.
Create deal registrations with suppliers and vendors.
Answering the phone in a confident and professional manner.
Other ad-hoc duties as required by management staff.
