Job type - Permanent (full-time)

Working Hours - Mon - Fri (08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00) whichever works best for you.


We have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Support Administrator to join a well-established business based in Ringwood, Hampshire.


**Please note that this is not a Sales role. This position is for an Administrator/Officer and the role is to support the Sales and Operations team with Administration duties.**

Key skills required for a Sales Support Administrator:

  • Strong Admin skills.

  • Experience supporting a Sales or Operations team on the administration front.

  • Excellent telephone manner.

  • Experience working on the phones and the ability to hold a conversation.

  • Good IT Skills (Microsoft Office/CRM Systems/Email etc).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team player.

The key duties of an Operations Administrator:

  • Assist the Sales Team with customer and supplier engagement, obtaining and building quotations, and assisting with the sales process.

  • Support the operations team with admin duties such as management of company contracts and schedules, booking of engineering jobs, and validating completed jobs.

  • Administration of Engineering Schedules.

  • Administration of Customer Contract base.

  • Gather quotes from suppliers.

  • Create deal registrations with suppliers and vendors.

  • Answering the phone in a confident and professional manner.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by management staff.
