An exciting opportunity has become available for Technical Account Manager to join a reputable and forward-thinking MSP, based in Bristol.
Key skills required for a Technical Account Manager:
2+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager, 2nd/3rd Line Project Engineer, or similar, within an MSP environment.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, so you will need to have excellent communication and technical skills.
Must be enthusiastic, and confident, and have the ability to build strong relationships will people at all levels.
Demonstrable experience delivering excellent customer service and managing technical accounts.
Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.
Ability to define and deliver a strategic vision for technical account management.
A full UK Driving Licence is essential as travel to meet with clients will be required.
Key responsibilities for a Technical Account Manager:
Manage technical accounts for clients, including regular communication, updates, and reporting.
Deliver excellent customer service and successfully grow customer account spend through proactive and reactive selling.
Provide technical support to clients, resolving technical issues and managing expectations.
Collaborate with the sales team to support the onboarding of new clients and identify new business opportunities.
Manage projects for clients from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Identify areas for service improvement and make recommendations to the management team.
Maintain and update client documentation, including technical plans and reports.
Attend client meetings and provide technical expertise and advice.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
