Welder/Fabricator

Location - Andover Salary - £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (which is between £30,420 - £31,590 per year) + Free parking + opportunities for overtime Job type - Permanent Working Hours - Monday - Friday - 7:00 - 16:30 A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Welder to join a well-established business in Andover, Hampshire.

Key skills required for a Welder:

• Experience working in a fabricator/welder role

• Good Workshop experience

• Able to read engineering drawings

• Preferably able to Mig, Tig and Stick Weld

• able to operate common workshop equipment in a safe manner.

Key responsibilities for a Welder:

• To working primarily with mild and stainless steel in both Mig and Tig capacities

• To read, understand, and work to drawings for new products

• Excellent attention details

• Welding to ranging tolerances dependent on material and product design
