Key skills required for a 3rd Line Support Engineer:
Experience working as a 3rd Line Support Engineer
We are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer from a Managed Service background or similar as you will be dealing with multiple customers
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Server (2012/2019), Hyper V, VMware, Azure, Switches, Routers, Firewalls (Watchguard), DHCP, DNS, MS Office (2010/365), Antivirus, Printers & Active Directory
Great customer service skills
Positive and passionate about technology and your role
Good problem-solving skills,
An ability to take challenges in your stride
Key responsibilities for a 3rd Line Support Engineer:
3rd Line Support across a variety of systems and clients
Escalation point for junior members
Shared responsibility for health of the Service board
Onsite technical support where necessary
Training and support of junior team members
Client documentation
Part of out-of-hours on-call team Rota
Full driving license/car owner is essential
