We have a new vacancy available for an experienced 3rd Line Support engineer looking to join a well-established Managed Service Provider.

Key skills required for a 3rd Line Support Engineer:

  • Experience working as a 3rd Line Support Engineer

  • We are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer from a Managed Service background or similar as you will be dealing with multiple customers

  • Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Server (2012/2019), Hyper V, VMware, Azure, Switches, Routers, Firewalls (Watchguard), DHCP, DNS, MS Office (2010/365), Antivirus, Printers & Active Directory

  • Great customer service skills

  • Positive and passionate about technology and your role

  • Good problem-solving skills,

  • An ability to take challenges in your stride

Key responsibilities for a 3rd Line Support Engineer:

  • 3rd Line Support across a variety of systems and clients

  • Escalation point for junior members

  • Shared responsibility for health of the Service board

  • Onsite technical support where necessary

  • Training and support of junior team members

  • Client documentation

  • Part of out-of-hours on-call team Rota

  • Full driving license/car owner is essential
