**We are looking for Application engineers who have experience with digital and analogue electronics**
Key skills required for an Application Engineer;
Degree Qualified in electronics / electrical / computer Engineering
Experienced in the use of and operation of digital and analogue electronics used in process control and measurement industry.
Desirable experience for an Applications engineer;
Knowledge of the oil and gas and process control industry.
Communication skills to interface directly to customers.
Communication protocols used in the measurement Industry such as Modbus and Networking.
The role for an Electronics Application Engineer;
To report to both the Head of Design and Development and the Engineering Manager. The position involves working key areas within the company including customer technical support by phone, e-mail and occasionally travel to customers sites in the UK and Europe. Creating configuration and setups for our range of flow computer products to customer requirements and specifications.
Testing of software developed by our design team to customer specifications. The successful applications engineer will be responsible for maintenance of Manuals and Documentation associated with our product range and custom solutions. Occasional assistance in our production department. Organising and carrying out Customer Acceptance testing at our factory and occasionally on-site.
Full training in our existing products will be given.
