1st Line support/Service desk/ Helpdesk Agent required
An AMAZING opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic 1st line support engineer to join a dynamic and vibrant team where you will have the opportunity to work in the comfort of your own home.
Due to growth and progression, a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) is now seeking a service desk analyst to join their business.
As a 1st Line support engineer you will have most of the following skills/experience;
6-12 months+ of experience working in a 1st Line support role.
Experience troubleshooting desktops, Laptops, Hardware & software.
An understanding of troubleshooting Windows 7, 8 and 10
An understanding of administration tasks in Office365
An understanding and working knowledge of TCP/IP
Experience working for a Managed Service Provide or similar would be a huge advantage but this is not essential.
An understanding or some exposure to Windows Servers would be great but this is not essential as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities for a 1st Line support engineer will include but is not limited to;
Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, hardware, and software
Office 365 admin
Writing/updating user and system documentation
Network and some server administration
Working on SLA based technical support calls
some project work may be required
