A fantastic opportunity has become available for an ambitious IT Support Engineer who is looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
The key purpose of an IT Support Technician:
The key purpose of the role is to provide onsite ICT support to busy educational establishments across the South West and South East of the UK, supported by First and Third Line Teams.
Key skills required for an IT Support Engineer:
Experience working in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role or similar.
Excellent communication skills (telephone and face-to-face).
Being able to explain technical issues in layman's terms with clients.
Experience working with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Classroom
The ability to learn quickly – we don’t expect you to be an expert now, but we want you to become one quickly!
A self‐starter who is comfortable working alone or within a team
A trustworthy individual who is not afraid to ask for help if needed.
Prepared to be flexible and open‐minded about all aspects of the job
Driving license essential
