An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business based in Andover, Hampshire.

Salary - negotiable Job type - permanent

Working hours - Mon - Thurs (08:30 - 17:00) & Fri (08:30 - 16:00)

Key skills required for a Customer Support Executive:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience working in a Customer Support/Customer Advisor role, or similar.

  • An excellent telephone manner with a friendly and professional approach.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Experience processing orders and any experience processing international orders would be hugely beneficial but this isn't essential as training will be provided.

  • Good MS Office skills, in particular, Excel.

  • Good administration skills.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-moving customer-focused role.

Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Accurate and timely input and flow of sales orders.

  • Efficient and professional response to customer and consumer queries and complaints.

  • Ensuring customer orders are processed and managed through the business.

  • Focus on Export customer orders from Customer Orders to delivery at the customers' warehouse.

  • Supporting the sales teams in all aspects of sales administration.

  • Coordinating the transportation of goods and services to international markets, including managing freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers through customer portals.

  • Preparing and managing all the necessary documentation required for exporting goods and services, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.

  • Use of MS Office

  • Admin duties
