An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business based in Andover, Hampshire.
Salary - negotiable Job type - permanent
Working hours - Mon - Thurs (08:30 - 17:00) & Fri (08:30 - 16:00)
Key skills required for a Customer Support Executive:
Excellent customer service skills and experience working in a Customer Support/Customer Advisor role, or similar.
An excellent telephone manner with a friendly and professional approach.
Positive attitude.
Experience processing orders and any experience processing international orders would be hugely beneficial but this isn't essential as training will be provided.
Good MS Office skills, in particular, Excel.
Good administration skills.
Previous experience working in a fast-moving customer-focused role.
Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Coordinator:
Accurate and timely input and flow of sales orders.
Efficient and professional response to customer and consumer queries and complaints.
Ensuring customer orders are processed and managed through the business.
Focus on Export customer orders from Customer Orders to delivery at the customers' warehouse.
Supporting the sales teams in all aspects of sales administration.
Coordinating the transportation of goods and services to international markets, including managing freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers through customer portals.
Preparing and managing all the necessary documentation required for exporting goods and services, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
Use of MS Office
