2nd Line Support Engineer/IT Support
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic 2nd line support engineer to join a niche Managed Service Provider, based in central Bristol.
**Due to COVID, this role will temporarily be working from home instead of in the office.**
As a 2nd Line/Technical support engineer you will have the following skills/experience to be considered.
At least 2 years' experience in an IT support/2nd Line support position
A Full UK driving Licence is essential as part of the role will be visiting customers on-site
Windows Operating systems (preferably Windows 10)
Knowledge and experience of Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016
Any networking skills would be preferable
Veeam – preferable
VMware or Hyper-V (preferable but not essential)
If you have worked in an MSP environment, this would be a huge advantage. However, as long as you have most of the technical skills listed above, experience in a 2nd line role and the right attitude, then please apply.
