An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Executive to join a well-established business based in Andover, Hampshire.
Key skills required for a Customer Support Executive:
Experience working in a Customer Support/Customer Experience Coordinator role
A manufacturing background
An excellent telephone manner with a friendly and professional approach
Positive attitude
MS Office skills
Knowledge of order processing
Knowledge of systems such as ERP systems and ideally some experience with CRM systems
Processing UK and Export orders
Complaint handling and customer support.
Shipping goods experience
Key responsibilities for a Customer Experience Coordinator:
Shipping urgent orders
Working closely with the warehouse to support any queries
Updating customer accounts
dealing with dangerous goods
Sales order processing
Use of MS Office
Dealing with customers over the phone
Admin duties
