An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Executive to join a well-established business based in Andover, Hampshire.


Key skills required for a Customer Support Executive:

  • Experience working in a Customer Support/Customer Experience Coordinator role

  • A manufacturing background

  • An excellent telephone manner with a friendly and professional approach

  • Positive attitude

  • MS Office skills

  • Knowledge of order processing

  • Knowledge of systems such as ERP systems and ideally some experience with CRM systems

  • Processing UK and Export orders

  • Complaint handling and customer support.

  • Shipping goods experience

Key responsibilities for a Customer Experience Coordinator:

  • Shipping urgent orders

  • Working closely with the warehouse to support any queries

  • Updating customer accounts

  • dealing with dangerous goods

  • Sales order processing

  • Use of MS Office

  • Dealing with customers over the phone

  • Admin duties
