A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a forward-thinking estate agency, based in Winchester.

Working Hours - Mon-Fri, and Saturdays (on a rota-basis)

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for the full property sales cycle from appraisal to completion, offering a personal estate agency service to your clients.

Key skills required for a Sales Negotiator - 

• Experience of property valuation and listing in the broader Winchester area. 

• Proven track record in listing and selling properties in your area.

• Honest property appraisals.

• Highest levels of customer service and transparency.

• Motivation is key! We need someone extremely motivated, driven, and ideally someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit.

We are keen to receive applications from senior sales negotiators, listers, valuation managers, sales managers and branch managers.
