Key responsibilities for an Operations Administrator:

  • Be responsible for scheduling diaries across the business, ensuring the right resources are in the right place at the right time.

  • Manage a busy inbox, dealing competently with a wide range of issues from scheduling requests to customer requirements.

  • Uphold administrative processes and standards, demonstrating a process driven and proactive approach to the task at hand.

  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative and organisational duties

  • Collating and monitoring customer feedback

  • Answering phone calls

  • Overseeing the Company’s fleet of vehicles and safety audits

  • Drafting Company documentation in line with standards and templates, e.g. Sales agreements, letters and reports

  • Coordinating and ordering business supplies as required

  • Data inputting and collating reports

  • Preparing meeting rooms and greeting visitors

  • Fulfilling general administrative duties such as scanning and filing

  • Supporting health and safety requirements as necessary and maintaining a tidy office

  • Liaise with customers and employees as required, demonstrating a professional and forward-thinking approach.
