This is not a replacement role, it is a brand new position due to growth and is open to those with 2-5 years experience but also open to those with 1 years experience who have a driven and positive attitude/personality.

The main scope of this role is to take ownership of software / systems development within a mid-size, growing manufacturing business.

Substantial focus is enhancing the use of #Oracle EBS (inventory / manufacturing / supply chain / finance / OM), with custom modules, reports, etc.

• Work in an agile manner with all functional and technical teams, to contribute to the development of software applications meeting customer requirements.

• Undertake software design, development, and unit testing.

• Provide Customer support and 3rd line investigation.

Required Skills and experience for a #Software Developer:

We will consider both recent Graduate's or experienced candidates with 3-5 year’s + experience working in Oracle development environments.

Essential Skills for an #Oracle Developer :

SQL Plus, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle reports and forms etc, HTML, CSS, Javascript

• An excellent mix of analytical and technical skills

• Enthusiastic and pro-active approach to software development

• A good level of understanding in development principles and processes

• Ability to interact effectively with staff and team members at all levels

Desirable requirements for a Software Developer/Oracle Developer :
