This is not a replacement role, it is a brand new position due to growth and is open to those with 2-5 years experience but also open to those with 1 years experience who have a driven and positive attitude/personality.
The main scope of this role is to take ownership of software / systems development within a mid-size, growing manufacturing business.
Substantial focus is enhancing the use of #Oracle EBS (inventory / manufacturing / supply chain / finance / OM), with custom modules, reports, etc.
Work in an agile manner with all functional and technical teams, to contribute to the development of software applications meeting customer requirements.
Undertake software design, development, and unit testing.
Provide Customer support and 3rd line investigation.
Required Skills and experience for a #Software Developer:
We will consider both recent Graduate's or experienced candidates with 3-5 year’s + experience working in Oracle development environments.
Essential Skills for an #Oracle Developer :
SQL Plus, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle reports and forms etc, HTML, CSS, Javascript
An excellent mix of analytical and technical skills
Enthusiastic and pro-active approach to software development
A good level of understanding in development principles and processes
Ability to interact effectively with staff and team members at all levels
Desirable requirements for a Software Developer/Oracle Developer :
