A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Personal Assistant to join a forward-thinking business based in Andover, Hampshire.
As a Personal Assistant, you will focus on supporting 6 directors, and the day-day running of the office.
Key skills required for an Executive Assistant:
Experience working in a PA or EA role.
Strong administration skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
Any experience of Diary Management for those at C-Level would be a huge advantage.
Experience in organising travel would be highly beneficial.
Confident, and able to communicate at all levels.
Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities for a Personal Assistant:
Provide full support across the C-Suite and beyond where required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Diary management, and general administrative assistance as required.
Booking in maintenance contractors for issues that arise with the building or kitchen/office equipment.
To build strong relationships with all parties
Booking and Managing Travel.
Work closely with Finance to ensure all bookings are kept within the travel policy and the appropriate expenses are administered on time.
Oversee the travel plans daily and communicate in a clear and timely fashion any alterations/cancellations/changes to the booking.
Meetings, Minute Taking & Action Point Tracking.
Vehicle Management - Maintain the vehicle inventory, and oversee and manage the service bookings, MOTs, or other repairs that need to take place.
Stationery supplies, bathroom, and kitchen facilities.
Hold accountability for ensuring uniform is ordered and supplied accurately to all new team members.
